Zlatomir冯

Zlatomir冯 (BM ’21, cello) won first prize at the 2019 International Tchaikovsky Competition—he was the youngest cellist ever to win the competition. Other career highlights include being artist-in-residence—including touring with the orchestra—with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (2023-24). He has also toured worldwide, including appearances and concertos with the New York, 伦敦, 罗德岛州, 萨克拉门托, and Colorado Springs philharmonics, 巴尔的摩, 底特律, 西雅图, 密尔沃基, 犹他州, 罗彻斯特, 温尼伯, Tenerife (Canary Islands), and Kansas City symphonies; and the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. He also gave the U.K. premiere of Katherine Balch's whisper concerto with the BBC Philharmonic.  

Fung made his recital debut at Carnegie Hall in 2021, and he has appeared at the Verbier, 德累斯顿, 杨纳杰克可能, and Tsinandali festivals as well as the 大提琴 Biennale, La Jolla Chamber 音乐 Society, ChamberFest Cleveland, and Aspen 音乐 Festival.
